The first semester starts on Monday, 13 January 2025, and the registration deadline is Friday, 31 January 2025. The final date for changes to studies is Friday, 7 February 2025. Completed assignments must be submitted to SAGMA by Wednesday, 5 March 2025. Assignment results will be provided to students and mills on Thursday, 17 April 2025. The SAGMA semester examination is scheduled for Wednesday, 21 May 2025, and the EISA exams will take place on Monday, 26 May 2025. First semester results will be available on Friday, 27 June 2025. The semester concludes on Monday, 30 June 2025.

The second semester starts on Tuesday, 1 July 2025, and the registration deadline is Friday, 25 July 2025. The final date for changes to studies is Friday, 1 August 2025. Completed assignments must be submitted to SAGMA by Wednesday, 27 August 2025. Assignment results will be provided to students and mills on Friday, 3 October 2025. The SAGMA semester examination is scheduled for Wednesday, 5 November 2025, and the EISA exams will take place on Monday, 24 November 2025. Second semester results will be available on Friday, 12 December 2025. The semester concludes on Friday, 12 December 2025.
